How do I place my order?

First choose product, size, color or design and quantity on the Product page and then click the Add to Cart button. Then follow the simple steps at the Checkout page where you need to enter your shipping address and payment data to complete your order. After you have successfully placed your order you will receive Order confirmation email.

What currency are the prices in?

You can select currency in which prices will be shown on website.

However, all of our transactions are based in US Dollars.

Are there any exchange rates?

If your credit card is based in another currency than US Dollars, your order total will be calculated in accordance with the daily exchange rate of the date your card issuer processes the transaction.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept credit cards: Visa, MasterCard, American Express and PayPal.

Do you accept orders placed outside of the US?

Yes, we do. We ship worldwide.

I have placed order, but I have not received Order confirmation email yet?

Please check your SPAM folder to see if your confirmation email was sent there. If not, please contact us at support@wishepic.com and we will provide it to you.

Can I cancel or modify my order?

If you want to cancel or modify your order, please contact us in 24 hours time period after you placed an order and provide your order number and all the details concerning the items you want to cancel or modify. After 24 hours, we have already started working on your order and, unfortunately, it is too late to cancel or modify it.

When will I get tracking number and how can I check my order status?

Once your order has been shipped you will receive shipping confirmation email with your tracking number and links of tracking websites so you can track your order. Or, just enter your order number on the Track Your Order page or contact us at support@wishepic.com and we will help you with everything you need to know.

Please allow 3-7 days for tracking information to be updated on tracking website.

How secure is my online order and my personal information?

Your personal information and your credit card details are protected by the highest level of commercially available 256-bit SSL Encryption Technology.

When purchasing online using your credit card, all of your information is entered into a SSL secure web page. Your information is then SSL-encrypted and sent directly to our credit card provider's network, where your card and transaction is authorized and approved. Your credit card information is not stored on our servers.

The bottom line is that you can feel safe making purchases on our platform, because your data is encrypted and protected at all times.

When will my order arrive?

There are estimated delivery times on every product page.

I ordered 2+ items, but only received one?

When you order multiple items, sometimes they will be shipped separately. We ship our products from several global warehouses and that's why you may receive one item before the next. So please don't worry if you don't receive all of your items at once… they are on the way :)

Will I be charged with customs or taxes?

The prices displayed on our site are tax-free in US Dollars, which means you may be liable to pay for duties and taxes once you receive your order.

Import taxes, duties and related customs fees may be charged once your order arrives to its final destination, which are determined by your local customs office. Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be.

What if the item(s) I received are defective/incorrect/damaged?

Please contact us as soon as possible if you have received item that is incorrect, defective or damaged. Please include your order number, photographs of the item(s) and all related references upon receiving your package. We will do our very best to resolve your case immediately and send you free replacement right away.
