Order Changes or Cancelation
After your order has been placed, you have 24 hours to contact us and request order changes or cancelation. After 24 hours, your order has been processed and can no longer be changed or canceled.
Our policy lasts 60 days. If 60 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you have received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
To initiate a return please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org describing the issue in detail, including the return reason, along with your order number, and we will provide you with instructions.
Customer is responsible for the shipping costs for returning the item. You should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. Otherwise, there is no guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, usually within 5-10 business days.
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you haven't received your refund yet, please contact us at email@example.com.
Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Custom Printed Products
Since your order is custom printed just for you, after your order has been placed, you have 24 hours to contact us and request order changes or cancelation. After 24 hours, your order has been processed and can no longer be changed or canceled.
For custom printed products, which are printed on demand, unfortunately we can't offer exchanges or refunds due to incorrect fit issues. Buyers assume all risks when choosing the style and fit of their purchase. To better help you in choosing the right size, there is available size chart in each product page. Off course, this does not apply to the defective custom printed items.
Damaged/Defective or Incorrect Product
At Wish Epic, we are doing our best to ensure product quality and order accuracy. However, it may happen that you receive a damaged or defective item or incorrect product. Fortunately, this happens rarely! But, if this is the case, we guarantee a 100% satisfaction to all of our customers by offering a free replacement order or a refund. All we need is your order number and a clear photo or video showing either the damaged area of the item or the incorrect item. Please contact us as soon as possible by email at firstname.lastname@example.org and one of our support staff will organize a free replacement or a refund for you!
Order not Received
At Wish Epic every shipment is trackable. After order is shipped, customer receives shipping confirmation email with Tracking number and a link to tracking website, so customer can check status of the order.
If your item has not arrived within estimated delivery time, please contact us and we will investigate what is happening with your shipment.
If your item has not arrived within 60 days contact us for a free replacement order or a full refund of your purchase.
Please note this policy excludes errors made by customers when providing incorrect shipping details on their order(s) and/or missed parcel deliveries.
